What are the spring rates for the Integra coilovers? Also, what is the spring rate for the Civic version?

Civic Spring rates: 300/400 lbs
Integra Spring rates: 400/500 lbs

Yes, Front = 375 lbs/in.
Rear = 225 lbs/in.

This is the spring rates for a '94+ Integra GSR.

Uh 375 is a bit high for a stock spring, especially since I bout 375 front from GC. Stock is in the 200's.
I have 375 front 325 rear and I think this is a great combo with the 22mm swaybar.
